Approved work
Editors may use the system only for Student Council stories, events, leadership information, organization resources and approved website settings.
Student information
Names, portraits and identifiable student photographs require adviser review and appropriate permission before publication. Editors must provide useful image descriptions and avoid including unnecessary personal information.
Accounts
Each editor must use the exact Google account approved for them. Access must not be shared. Advisers revoke access when a person no longer needs it.
Publishing responsibility
Officers prepare and submit revisions. Only advisers publish, schedule, archive or restore public material. Misuse may be recorded in the audit history and access may be revoked.
