Public visitors
The public website does not require an account. Contact-form submissions include the name, email address, topic and message supplied by the visitor. They are stored in the restricted adviser dashboard and remain there until an adviser archives them.
Editors
Approved advisers and officers sign in through Google. The website stores their approved email address, display name, council role and Google account identifier so it can enforce access and attribute editorial actions. It does not receive Gmail, Google Drive or school-account contents.
Security and history
Publishing decisions, access changes and significant administrative actions are recorded for accountability. Session and service secrets are not included in adviser backups or operating guides.
